PAYMENT TERMS, TIMEFRAMES & Quantities

Full payment is required for any PRELUDE suites, prior to any design concepts commencing. 

For any DAY-OF suites, 50% deposit is required prior to any design concepts commencing. The remaining 50% will be required at the time of production, once designs have been approved.


PRODUCTION/DELIVERY
Due to the personalised nature of our products & DELAYS OUT OF OUR CONTROL, please allow up to 6 weeks for production from the date of artwork approval. 

Please note, this excludes delivery & holiday periods. 


DELAYS

Any delays incurred (for example, delays in submitting your BRIDE BRIEF, incorrect information submitted, delays in correspondence & final invoice payments) may cause your stationery to be produced outside of the specified period.

Unfortunately, this can cause delays with production & may run the very real risk of your stationery not being delivered in time. This may also increase your shipping costs due to the delay & need to upgrade courier service to try to achieve a swift delivery.

Every effort is made to avoid this at all costs, however as your Wedding Stationery is time-sensitive, your understanding of the importance of swift correspondence, payment & correct information is expected & appreciated.

If ESTHETIC BRIDE does not receive the finalised information OR REVISIONS PUSH OUT THE ORIGINAL timeframe, Esthetic Bride reserves the right to cancel your order as we cannot guarantee that your items will arrive in time for your Wedding. If materials have been ordered & time booked/staff hired to complete you order, we can only offer a partial refund to be determined at the time of cancellation.

CHANGE OF MIND/CANCELLATIONS

Please note, due to the time sensitivity of Wedding Stationery, once your deposit has been received, materials are ordered. This means that unfortunately, once you have paid your deposit, we cannot facilitate change of mind or cancellations & no refunds will be given.

in general, the lower the quantity - the higher the price per unit.

when a proposal is sent, please be mindful that the price is reflective of the quantity shown - if this quantity decreases significantly, the price per unit in most cases will increase.

DESIGN GUIDELINES

When choosing ANY of our Stationery styles, text only changes are permitted. Stationery wording must be fully proofread for any errors prior to submitting to Esthetic Bride.

Esthetic Bride will hold no responsibility for any errors submitted.

The wording must be submitted via our digital form that will be emailed to once payment has been received.


DESIGN REVISIONS
2 rounds of design revisions are included in the original, quoted cost. 

To make the most of these revisions, it is recommended to have your information thoroughly proof-read before submitting it within your BRIDE BRIEF form.  It is also recommended to consolidate each round of revisions within one email, as each summary of revisions is considered one round.

Please note – anything further revisions beyond two, will be charged at $75.00aud per round.

BESPOKE DESIGN 

A bespoke design is classified as anything beyond the fonts & styles advertised on the website & instagram. This is inclusive of variations of existing designs.  

A minimum of 4 months is required for the design process alone & is subject to availability & additional graphic design fees apply, starting from $350.00aud
Our preset designs are available to choose from the ready-to-personalise styles advertised within our collections within our website & instagram.

 

APPROVAL & QUANTITY

Your order will be processed for production after you approve the design. Esthetic Bride will accept a written approval by DIGITAL SIGNATURE & COMPLETION OF THE DESIGN CONCEPT FORM ONLY.

Once the final approval has been submitted, no further changes are permitted. The final quantity for your order must be confirmed prior to SUBMITTING THIS FINAL APPROVAL.

If you require additional pieces, these may be charged at a higher rate if they are ordered separately. It is a good idea to include extra’s in your initial order as additional pieces are typically an expensive addition.

As a general rule, it is a good idea to allow for 10 extra’s.

 

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Timely Replies & Design Revisions

To avoid delaying the production process, please respond to your design concepts or queries in a timely manner, with your edits or questions.

A request to edit the design via any means outside email will not be accepted. Esthetic Bride is not responsible for any errors or omissions and spelling in the wording supplied by the client. Any further alterations requested after approval will incur extra charges.

 

Import Taxes & Duties

Import duties, fees & regulations are determined by the country to which we are shipping to. It is sole responsibility of the customer to check this & inform themselves of any import charges/regulations prior to confirming your order.

Esthetic Bride is unable to provide information for each country & strongly encourages all international customers (outside of Australia) to contact their local customs bureau. Local Taxes payable on our products are also the responsibility of the customer.

Sometimes parcels may be held UP in Customs - this unfortunately is out of the control of Esthetic Bride & should be taken into consideration before confirming your order. 

 

Tracking & Checking your Order

When your order is picked up by our delivery service you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number with a link so you are able to track the location of your package. It is your responsibility to provide clear & accurate address details, track your order & ensure that somebody is at the delivery address at the time of delivery.

Esthetic Bride also request clients to inspect their stationery products and to report any errors in the production of our work within 7 working days. Every effort is made to ensure that all items are correct however we are human & sometimes these things to occur. We will work with you to resolve any errors as soon as possible. Esthetic Bride will attend to these errors during this 7 day period only.

 

Conduct & Etiquette

Under no circumstance will Esthetic Bride tolerate any rude or disrespectful conduct. Evidence of such behavior will allow Esthetic Bride to terminate the contract of sale, and it will be upon our discretion to refund part deposit dependent on the unique circumstances. 

CoMMUNICATION

ESTHETIC BRIDE IS BLESSED TO BE APART OF LOVE CELEBRATIONS WORLDWIDE, DUE TO THIS WE REQUEST EMAIL COMMUNICATION ONLY.

COURIER/POSTAGE DELAYS

Every effort is made to ensure your Stationery is shipped as soon as possible. Certain delays may occur that are completely out of control of Esthetic Bride.

Once your order is picked up FROM Esthetic Bride BY THE COURIER, the handling of your order is completely out of our control & is at the discretion of the courier company.

Every order is packaged suitably for transit however should your order arrive damaged, this is something out of our control. We will help you replace any damaged goods, however this may incur an extra cost. 

 

RETURNS

We want to ensure that your stationery is everything you imagined & more. Should there be anything within your order that is outside the detailed product description, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your stationery order & we will do our very best to rectify any issues.

Due to the personalised nature of our products, unless faulty, we cannot provide returns or refunds.

Please note, refunds or credits will not be offered on basis of dislike of a print colour or paper stock.

 

PRODUCTION

The Stationery produced by Esthetic Bride is created using a manual process and are individually assembled by hand. Esthetic Bride will aim to maintain consistency however natural variation will occur.

Colours may also vary between digital devices and the actual product. Esthetic Bride cannot guarantee an exact colour match as there are several factors that can affect printing including the printer, batch variations, natural imperfections, paper, ink, environment, coating, etc. Please note, all photo's posted on our social media & on website do use a filter to give a certain look & feel.

All printed products are trimmed. Trimming of printing products may shift by up to 2mm from the proof, specification or print job to print job.

Please also note, paper/card colours may vary from batch to batch.

 

PRICING

All prices are subject to change without notice. If a quote has been supplied, please take note of the quote expiration date is this date will be strictly enforced.

COPYRIGHT, REPRODUCTION, MARKETING & INTERNAL PROCESSES

Esthetic Bride own the copyright for the artwork provided on the Stationery and stationery design. Artwork includes all design elements including layout design and mediums. Artwork, Invitation and stationery products may not be sold, copied, reproduced or altered without prior written permission of Esthetic Bride. Any breaches of copyright will be pursued.

Esthetic Bride reserves the right to reproduce any part of our work produced by Esthetic Bride for marketing purposes. Unless strictly instructed otherwise by a customer prior to placing an order, Esthetic Bride reserves the right to use any design created for a customer as samples and can photograph this stationery for advertising in print, online wedding directories, across social media and throughout website galleries.

SILK SIGNAGE

OUR SIGNAGE IS CRAFTED FROM 100% silk & requires specific care, please ensure hands & surfaces are clean when handling

sewn by hand

these beautiful signs are sewn by hand from the most delicate of silk, being a 100% natural material, inconsistencies are inherit of the natural quality of the material.

woven silk

as silk is woven, this can mean that some text may appear slightly curved, this is due to the weave within the fabric. silk being a natural fibre, may present ‘slubs’ within the silk - These are not considered 'imperfections' & are a characteristic of the natural fibres.

TO REMOVE CREASES

always test any steam/iron settings in an inconspicuous area first

please be wary of using too much steam or water as water marks may occur

using a warm iron/gentle steam

apply only to the reverse side of the fabric

avoiding steaming/ironing any print area’s/velcro area (if applicable)

velcro display

if you have chosen the velcro display, your signage will arrive with two strips of velcro, one will be applied to the sign directly, the other will be placed ontop & is ready to adhere to the stand.

please note - the velcro strip is adhered to the front of the sign, this is so that the velcro strip is hidden when the sign is displayed

dry clean only

this silk is dry-clean only, it is recommended to have your silk dry cleaned by a reputable & high quality dry cleaner (avoiding the velcro area) & stored away from direct sunlight.

VELLUM

Vellum can be responsive to both heat & moisture, please store flat, in a cool dry place to avoid temporary curling.

DECKLE EDGE/HANDMADE PAPER

Due to the handmade nature of the paper, size can vary by up to 5mm either way.

Irregularities in the consistency of the ink or foil application, textural fibres that make up this handmade product are not considered a fault but inherent of the natural qualities of the material/finishing process.

Our deckle edge paper is purposefully sourced from the heart of the textile production area in north-western India. The cotton rag for the pulp is sourced from textile scraps which are collected from the nearby textile mills. Each sheet is hand lifted, pressed, and dried with care using age-old techniques from high quality, 100% cotton rag. 

SHELL PLACE CARDS

Irregularities in the consistency of the colour/texture are inherent of the natural qualities of the shell & add to the uniqueness of each. Natural variations may occur including specs of sand that is embedded into the shell in some cases. We advise to use a darker background (not white) behind the shell when styling, as this ensures the beautiful texture of the shell & the name personalisation pops.

Due to the organic shape of the shell, shedding is expecting & will occur.
