Shipping rates are dependent on your location, size & weight of your order.

Shipping rates will be shown within your Stationery Proposal - please note that sometimes shipping rates may change from the original quoted cost DUE TO TIME RESTRAINTS OR CHANGES TO YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER.

All orders are shipped from the Mornington Peninsula, just outside of Melbourne in Australia.

AUSTRALIA

If you are ordering within of Australia, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

This timeframe is given to factor in any unforseen delays & manage expectations.

INTERNATIONAL

On average, shipping from anywhere outside Australia should allow up to 3 weeks

(this is an estimate & there may be some unforeseen delays that may cause shipping to be delayed even further)

Import duties, fees & regulations are at the responsibility of the customer. Sometimes parcels may be held in Customs - this unfortunately is out of the control of Esthetic Bride & should be taken into consideration before confirming your order. Please check your governments import fees, requirements and taxing before placing your order.

NOTIFICATION + ADDRESS ERRORS

Please ensure that all your contact details are correct when you place your order, including any specific delivery instructions.

If you notice anything that doesn't look quite right, please contact us as soon as possible should you notice that there is an error so we can ensure that your order is shipped to the correct address.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When your order is picked up by our delivery service you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number with a link so you are able to track the location of your package. If there are any problems with your tracking number or your package delivery, please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a status of your delivery.

SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY

Please note we require always request a signature upon delivery. Some couriers are opting for contactless delivery even if a signature is required. It is strongly recommended to follow the journey of your package closely, to ensure that you are at the delivery address at the time of arrival.
